Where are my tickets?
Your order confirmation email includes links to download tickets at the bottom of the email. Emails arrive from [email protected] so please search for this email in your mailbox.
Also, you can also visit My Account and reset your password. Tickets will be in your account.
We advise saving tickets at the point of ordering.
Do you offer refunds or transfers?
As standard tickets are not entitled to refunds unless agreed with event organisers. Please check the terms and conditions on your ticket for details about refunds and transfers.
Bought the wrong ticket for an event?
If you purchase the correct ticket for the same event, we can refund the incorrect ticket you have purchased. Contact [email protected] for more details.
What payment types do you accept?
Tikk can accept most debit and credit cards, including international cards. Our payments are processed by Stripe so we do not hold on to your card details.
What if an event is cancelled?
In rare cases, an event may need to cancel or change due to a problem with the venue, their licensing or other unexpected factors. When you buy a ticket, each event will state clear terms on cancellations, reschedules and changes specific to their event. Please make sure you read these terms before buying a ticket.
